fitandhappy's female personal trainers can help you become fitter and healthier without calorie counting! We will help you become stronger, more confident and happier. During a typical month of personal training you will receive 1 personal training session per week plus access to video-on-demand workouts. We will also provide you with nutrition advice, sleep and stress management skills, habit tracking and lots of fun and laughter.
For training sessions, we come to you. We can meet in a local park, your garden or anywhere you feel comfortable.
