The cool gel worked great for my plantar fasciitis, although if you sleep with it on, it rolls off at night. Wearing support socks all day makes my feet swollen and these products work well when worn under normal ankle socks. The other equipment worked well with the shoe and I noticed great pain relief. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to try a different product for plantar fasciitis.
