I really enjoyed our coffee but the service was so bad. We were not even greeted and felt like we were a nuisance for ordering coffee. It wasn't clear where to wait for the coffee and once we got it they didn't say anything besides hand out the cup. I even commented on the nice latte art - nothing. I am normally not that critical but it was so awkward it is what stuck out most about our experience. the coffee itself was good and the inside is very industrial and would be nice to work in. They need to work on their customer service.
