History and Functions Atlas Bangladesh Limited started business with Honda Motor Company Limited in 1 After the independence of Bangladesh in 1972, ABL was nationalized and Bangladesh Steel and Engineering Corporation (BSEC) was established under the Ministry of Industry.

ABL started the business with Hero Honda starting at 4. Honda, Japan and Hero Honda split their partnerships in the 21st. • Now Honda, Japan and Hero, India are operating their business separately by establishing their own company. • Currently ABL starts its business with Jungshen Motorcycle Company, China.   Meanwhile, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between TVS Auto Bangladesh Limited and corporate partners with Atlas Bangladesh Limited on 23-26.
