They are professional from the word go: when you walk in for your appointment at their offices everything is neat and tidy; there's no confusion or messiness to be seen anywhere. The staff knows exactly what needs to happen next - all of my questions were answered before even having time to ask one! I am so glad to have found Housatonic Valley Waldorf School. I was looking for a school that would h ... elp me and my daughter with her reading, and they did just what we needed! The staff is kind – the director even drove out of their way one time when she overheard us talking about needing some new books on our commute home from waiting at an appointment together in town. They're really doing great things here, but there are still opportunities for improvement - more extracurricular activities like theater or debate club could be offered every day after classes end instead of only once per week...but it's hard not to be happy all because everyone who works here cares deeply about each student’s needs!
