WHO WE ARE:

Nongmin Consultancy Services Ltd is the first paperless accounting service provider in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are adhered to provide a pure and simple solution to entrepreneurs to offload their stress and we let them focus on scaling business as per their vision.

TEAM / HUMAN RESOURCES:

We have 30 employees as of now that have been hired from reputed private and public universities. We have also hired from Accounting Professional Institute like ICAB, ACCA and ICAMAB.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Our office runs 16 hours a day into 2 shifts six days a week. We offer a very friendly working environment and beautiful office interior that helps & inspire our team to work with no stress to get best deliveries.

We have a beautiful lobby, games zone, prayer zone, conference room, spacious dining hall and modern rest room that provide comforts to our team.

OUR CULTURES:

We practice a very friendly culture inside the organization where there is no gender discrimination, no office politics. We hired team from all religions and encourage to practice individual religion. At NCS, we celebrate Birthday, Marriage Anniversary, Pre-Christmas, Reunion after Eid, Puja and NCS Day.

ON JOB TRAINING FACILITIES:

We also arrange training for the team to improve their skills in English, email etiquette, Accounting Principles, Accounting software, leadership and communication skills. We make sure our team is expert at what they are assigned to deliver.
