What started as a pilot program for behavior-challenged teens removed from the public school system has developed into a team building program for companies and organizations seeking an innovative approach to learning effective workplace communication tools.
Because of the pilot program’s success, Stephen Flinn (Founder), was awarded a grant that led him to write and publish “Contemporary Urban Percussion”, the bucket drumming bible, which has become the foundation for the Rocking Buckets team building program.
