About Us

Sintech Automation was founded in 1989 by by a team of engineering enthusiasts, all experienced in machine design and system integration.   In 1992, we were corporated as Sintech Automation (S) Pte Ltd and our operation was relocated to a better and bigger premises to facilitate our company’s growth. Since then, we have been constantly upgrading and improving our resources to meet the demands of the industry.    To date, we have successfully installed and introduced innovative system to meet the most dynamically ever‐changing industrial needs. Our products and services have been well received and recognized by some of the world’s leading manufacturing companiesin the PCB, semi‐conductor, automobile, wafer, disk drives, biomedical, food and metal industries. Over the years, we have been refining our designing and manufacturing capabilities to not only produce product that function efficiency but also aesthetically pleasing. In Sintech, we are never stagnant.

Milestones

1989 ‐ Established as Sintech Automation Engineering

1991 – Set up S‐Tech Engineering Services (Machining and Fabrication Workshop)

1992 – Incorporated as Sintech Automation (S) Pte Ltd

Reloacted to new premises with bigger floor area

1993 – Additional of NC Milling Machine to support operation

Installation of Local Area Network (LAN)

1995 – Merging of Sintech Automation and S‐Tech Engineering to streamline operation

1996 – Sintech’s 1st website created to gear ourselves for the future

1998 – 1st CNC Machining Centre to support operation

1st CAD/CAM Software to support CNC Machining Centre

Outstanding Vendor Award by Motorola Electronics Pte Ltd

1999 – Certification to ISO 9001‐1994

2000 – Additional of 2 CNC Maching Centre to support operation.

2003 – Certification to ISO 9001‐2000

2005 – 1st in Supplier Performance by Hitachi Storage Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd

2006 – 1st CNC Lathe Machine to support operation

2007 – 1st in Supplier Performance by Hitachi Storage Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd

2008 – 1st Co‐ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to support operation.

2009 – 1st in Supplier Performance by Hitachi Storage Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd

2010 – Successfully installed and commissioned 1st Disk Drive Assembly Lines in Hitachi Thailand

2012 ‐ Successfully installed and commissioned 2nd Disk Drive Assembly Lines in Hitachi Thailand

2013 – Successfully installed and commissioned 1st Insertion Workcell for biomedical  industries
